A Snowball To Catch, Fringe and Shearing

We will still have snow for several more months so I guess I should embrace it and throw snowballs for the neighbor dog to catch. Meet Singha, the rotty mutt. She is big, has a vicious bark, huge teeth, huge feet and is just as sweet as pie. She is a great dog and spends a fair amount of her time at our house. We love her dearly and are glad she chooses to come visit as often as she does. I can't say that she is particularly smart, but that makes for lots of laughs and fun. One of her favorite past times is catching and eating (chomp chomp chomp gulp slurp) snowballs. Whenever we shovel the porch she is in heaven, waiting for a shovel full of snow to come down on her. Pure joy!

When we went out on the deck to take these picture she saw the opportunity to beg for a snow toss and who can resist such a funny sweet girl, so I obliged.

So if my boots look a bit wet, it is because I just finished a session of throwing snowballs for Singha. I really should take them to get weather treated again. They get wet to quickly.

Some of our winter days are not so cold and I can get away without a true winter coat. This poncho is nice to wear on a day like that. I can wrap it around me for warmth but it still is defiantly not a coat.

I don't suppose I would want to go for a walk with this sweater poncho and no coat but then again I may not chooses these boots for a walk either with all the ice we currently have, so…

Poncho by Echo seen here. Long sleeve t by Vince. Wax twill pants by j Brand so here and here. Boots by UGG Collection see here and here and every week in my life because I love them. Jewelry by Naked Vavang.

Have a happy Monday and a great week and I hope you have something to make you laugh like I do at my neighbor dog.
